What's included in every plan?
The whole platform: websites with NVMe storage, managed WordPress, email at your domain, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, managed DNS with geo-routing, free SSL, DDoS protection, scheduled backups, a browser terminal and file manager, and free migration from Plesk.
Can my plan's limits change after I subscribe?
No. Your limits are snapshotted to your subscription the day you sign up. If we change a plan later, existing customers keep exactly what they bought until they choose to switch plans.
What does "isolated resources" mean?
Your CPU, memory and storage are reserved for your sites and enforced at the system level. Other customers' traffic spikes, runaway scripts or attacks can't eat into your share. That's why performance here stays consistent.
How do multi-site plans share resources?
The plan's storage and compute form a pool across your sites, so a busy site can borrow headroom the quiet ones aren't using. Each site still runs in its own isolated environment with its own PHP workers.
Can you move my existing sites over?
Yes. If you're on Plesk, our importer connects to your current server and brings your sites, databases and mailboxes across automatically, free of charge. You test everything on Raweb before switching your domain.
What happens if my site gets attacked?
Malicious traffic is filtered at our network edge before it reaches your site, and per-site connection limits stop abusive patterns automatically. Legitimate visitors keep flowing normally throughout.
