1. Who we are
Raweb provides web hosting, managed WordPress, email, databases, DNS and related services through the control panel at next.raweb.al. In these terms, "Raweb", "we", "us" and "our" mean Raweb and the team that owns and operates the underlying servers. "You" and "your" mean the person or organisation that holds the account. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your login credentials private. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility, so tell us promptly at support@raweb.al if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. The services
We provide hosting and supporting services as described on our website and in your chosen plan. Each plan carries defined limits for storage, compute, websites, databases, mailboxes and similar resources. The limits shown when you subscribe are tied to your subscription and do not change underneath you for as long as that subscription stays active. We may add, improve or retire individual features over time, and we will give reasonable notice before removing anything you actively rely on.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to host, send, store or link to anything that is unlawful or that harms others. Without limiting that, you agree not to use the services for:
- content that is illegal where you or your visitors are located, including child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, and material that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
- sending unsolicited bulk email, operating mailing lists without proven consent, or any activity that gets our mail infrastructure listed by spam filters.
- phishing, distributing malware, hosting command-and-control infrastructure, or running fraud and credential-harvesting campaigns.
- port scanning, denial-of-service activity, brute-force attempts, or unauthorised access to any system, whether ours or a third party's.
- cryptocurrency mining, public proxies or open relays, or any workload designed mainly to consume shared capacity rather than serve a genuine site.
- attempting to break out of your isolated environment, bypass plan limits, or interfere with other customers on the same node.
If we receive an abuse report, we may ask you to act, and we may remove specific content or restrict a service while we investigate. We try to contact you first, but for active attacks, malware or anything that puts the wider platform at risk we may act immediately.
5. Fair use of resources
Your plan reserves resources for your sites and enforces them at the system level. You may use the full allocation of your plan, and on multi-site plans your sites share that allocation as one pool. You may not use technical tricks to draw materially more than your plan provides, and you may not resell raw capacity to third parties unless your plan is sold for that purpose.
6. Your content and backups
You keep all rights to the content, code and data you put on the services, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, transmit and back up that content so we can run the services for you. We take scheduled backups according to your plan, but those backups are a convenience and not a substitute for your own. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. Fees, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. You authorise us, or our payment provider, to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend the service until payment is received. You can cancel a renewal at any time from the control panel or by contacting us, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if payment is overdue, if your use threatens the security or stability of the platform, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we give notice and a chance to put things right first. If we terminate for a serious breach, you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid. After termination we may delete your data after a short grace period, so export anything you need before your account closes.
9. Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the services available and performant, and we maintain the hardware and network ourselves so we can respond quickly. From time to time we carry out maintenance, and where it is planned and likely to affect you we aim to give advance notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and factors outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, the control panel, our software, branding and documentation belong to Raweb or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the services while your account is active. The "Raweb" name and logo may not be used without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data where you have not kept your own backups. Our total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these terms, where those claims are brought by a third party.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of this agreement.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services and the law evolve. When we make a material change we will post the updated terms here with a new date and, where it is significant, let active customers know. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and the courts of Albania have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. We would much rather resolve a problem directly, so please contact us before taking any formal step.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@raweb.al. Abuse reports go to abuse@raweb.al.
